Proven performance, season after season
Tilco's rigid shear pin ripper range gives Australian farmers a reliable, cost-effective solution for subsoil ripping and soil structure management. Available in three shank configurations, the Titan 8-10-12, the R77 Rigid and the 28mm Little Ripper, each matched to frames built from 178x178x9.5mm RHS toolbars.
With over 15,000 Tilco R77 shanks working in Australian paddocks, some since 2003, the rigid shear pin system has a long, well-documented track record across a broad range of soil types. Frames are available fully welded or bolted together, in widths up to 12m, in trailing or linkage configurations.
KEY FEATURES
Why farmers choose Tilco rigid shear pin rippers
Three settings, one shank.
The Titan 8-10-12 provides breakout forces of 8, 10 or 12 tonnes from a single assembly, adjusted simply by relocating the shear pin, which means no shank swap required.
Over 15,000 Tilco R77 shanks are currently working in Australian soils, a track record that speaks for itself.
With 960mm underframe clearance, the Titan rips to 600mm depth without frame contact, even in stony or compacted subsoil.
The 28mm Little Ripper delivers 4 tonnes of breakout force in a compact, lightweight frame built for smaller operations.
