MEET HYDRAMAX
Industry-leading hydraulic breakaway shanks, from single jump to XD extreme duty
Tilco produced the world's first high clearance, dual breakout shank system in 2004, and the HYDRAMAX range has been refined ever since, now in its Series #3 assembly, with bolt-together models available for interstate and international export. Every HYDRAMAX frame is built to order at Tilco's Toowoomba facility and configured to the exact requirements of the operation.
The range spans three shank options to suit any job and any budget: the Single Jump assembly for previously cultivated country, the Dual Jump assembly for serious deep tillage in tough conditions, and the HYDRAMAX XD, the biggest rig in the Tilco fleet, built for extreme duty applications standard rippers can't handle. Select options for seed boxes, crumble rollers, end tow, hydraulic folding wing systems and frame widths up to 18 metres/60'.
KEY FEATURES
Why farmers choose HYDRAMAX

Prepared for whatever the paddock throws at it.
Most rippers stop dead when they hit a rock. The HYDRAMAX double pivot system clears obstacles up to 730mm and re-enters working depth immediately.

Every HYDRAMAX is built to order in Toowoomba to suit the country, the tractor and the crop.

Loaded with eight tonnes of hydraulic breakout force means tree roots, hardpan and buried rock won't slow the job down.

Tungsten hardfaced blades and shinguards come standard on every Tilco ripper, so there's less time spent on maintenance and more time in the paddock.
