MEET THE TILCO HYDRACHISEL PLOUGH
Custom built for most farming applications
Tilco designs and manufactures chisel ploughs to suit any operation, from broadacre cultivation to pasture renovation and row crop work. Every plough is custom built to order, with a complete array of tine spacings using the HYDRAMAX single jump shank or Tilco's SJ series spring units.
Every chisel plough frame is built to order at Tilco's Toowoomba facility, configured to the exact requirements of the operation. Select row spacings from 250mm to 500mm, frame widths from 4 to 18 metres in single or dual fold, 3 to 5 rank frame designs and options for crumble rollers and harrows.
KEY FEATURES
Why farmers choose the Tilco chisel plough

One plough, three jobs.
By removing a handful of bolts, a HYDRACHISEL can be reconfigured from 37 shanks at 333mm spacing for cultivation, to 18 shanks at 666mm for deep ripping to 400mm, to 13 tynes at 1m spacing for pasture work.

A dual-folding hitch with solar-charged electric winch and multiple redundant safety pins lets the plough be backed onto a drop deck and transported under 4.5m wide and 4.5m high, safely operated by one person.

The HYDRAMAX single jump shank runs standard 50 degree sweeps or Tilco ripping points on the same MultiShank, with adjustable breakout starting at 1.8 tonnes, so even the widest sweeps can be pulled at depth.

HydraChisel runs on 150x150x9mm main frame components with a 200x100x9mm drawbar, available with 650lbs or 800lbs preload springs and oil impregnated nylon wear surfaces.
