MEET THE TILCO CRUSADER
Built from 20 years of in-field experience
The Crusader is an updated, reimagined design, built from 20 years of in-field experience and direct feedback from Tilco's customers. Farmers wanted a rootcutter that hadn't been left behind by an industry expecting exceptional efficiency, not only in the paddock but in the shed as well. The result is a machine designed around serviceability and functionality, as much as performance in the row.
KEY FEATURES
Why farmers choose the Crusader

Stress-free setup.
Adjustment bolt head sizes are uniform and, where possible, accessible with an impact gun, so adjustments are quick and straightforward.

Machined shafts use readily available off-the-shelf bearings and seals, with easily removed bearing cup housings and a wear ring fitted on the seal surface to prolong shaft life.

Double-acting cylinders make clearing blockages simple, allowing the operator to separate the discs from the cab and minimise stop time in the field.
Where it Works
No matter the terrain, no matter the crop.

Root system removal
Post-harvest cleanup
